1. Alexander¹ McEachnie was born in Ontario, Canada December 16, 1863.

He married Agnes McPhail. Agnes was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. September 22, 1868. Agnes was the daughter of Alexander McPhail and Jean Jack.

Alexander McEachnie and Agnes McPhail had the following children:

2 i. Peter² McEachnie.

3 ii. John Alexander McEachnie was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. October 12, 1898.

4 iii. Margaret McEachnie was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. bef 1901.

5 iv. Murray McEachnie was born in Hopeville, Ontario, Canada June 02, 1909. Murray died May 18, 1978 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at 68 years of age. He married Felicia Gendron in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, September 07, 1935. Felicia was born in Penetanguishene, Ontario, Canada July 27, 1912.
