3. Douglas Earl² Liedke (Ernest Augustus¹) was born December 21, 1905.

He married Isabelle Mary McPhail in Tacoma, Washington, est 1947. Isabelle was born in Couer D'alene, Idaho November 3, 1918. Isabelle was the daughter of William John McPhail and Rowena May Parcels. Isabelle died February 26, 1974 in Tacoma, Washington, at 55 years of age.

He was the best man at Alice Clarice Morris and William John McPhail's wedding in Tacoma, Washington, August 30, 1941. The following individual is also linked to this event: Isabelle Mary McPhail (bridesmaid).
