Bill, I am researching my fathers family, haven't gotten far. Kenneth McPhail, Police constable m Mary Ann Smith>son: John McPhail, b>approx 1864, (coal miner) m Mary Ann Dempster, Dec 7,1894>son Kenneth McPhail aka Kenneth McPhail Fairful b> July 1895 - Kenneth is my grandfather. I am looking for the any info on this line of McPhail,from Keltyhead,Beath, Fifeshire and the connection to the Fairfuls. Any help would be greaty appreciated.
