He married Carolyn Armetta Milne in Dromore, Grey Co. Ontario, Canada, June 20, 1987. Carolyn was born in Durham, Grey Co. Ontario, Canada January 11, 1961. Carolyn is the daughter of John Alexander Milne and Donna Mabel Crutchley.

Randall Harry Bye and Carolyn Armetta Milne had the following children:

2 i. Harrison Milne² Bye was born in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada March 16, 1989.

3 ii. Alexander Randall Bye was born in Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada August 30, 1990.

4 iii. Thomas John Bye was born in Fergus, Ontario, Canada November 26, 1991.

5 iv. Armetta Eva Bye was born in Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada April 02, 1993.
