2 i. Ida Eunice "Serena"² Scarlett was born in Hopefull, Ontario, Canada August 19, 1873. Ida died January 01, 1949 in Sedro Woolley, Wa., at 75 years of age. Her body was interred January 04, 1949 in Sedro Woolley, Wa., Union Cemetary. She married Alexander "Sandy" McPhail in Canada, est. 1893. Alexander was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. February 01, 1873. Alexander was the son of Alexander McPhail and Jean Jack. Alexander died January 23, 1951 in Oregon City, Oregon, at 77 years of age. His body was interred January 26, 1951 in Sedro Woolley, Wa.. He resided in Sedro Woolley, Wa. in 1910 census on Route 1. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Ida Eunice "Serena" Scarlett (wife); Edward R McPhail (child). Nephew Fred ( Poss. Mathers ) 12 years was listed in the 1910 census as living with the family (See Alexander "Sandy" McPhail for the continuation of this line.)
