18. John C⁶ Campbell (John C⁵, Thomas⁴, Andrew C³, James², ¹) was born in Wallouston, Ayrshire, Scotland 1825. John died February 05, 1903 at 77 years of age.

He married Jean Black in Kilmarnook, Scotland, 1851. Jean was born in Torbolton, Scotland October 31, 1830. Jean was the daughter of Joseph Black and Henrietta McMurdo. Jean died November 24, 1921 in Proton Twp., Ont., Can., at 91 years of age. Her body was interred November 27, 1921 in Proton Twp., Ont., Can., L.D.S. Churchyard. She migrated 1853. Moved to the bush in Proton

John C Campbell and Jean Black had the following children:

20 i. John⁷ Campbell was born in Scotland 1852. John died 1853 in at sea while enroute to Canada, at 1 year of age.

+ 21 ii. John Campbell was born August 04, 1854. Birth site: McBroom's Corner.

+ 22 iii. Joseph Campbell was born January 03, 1857.

+ 23 iv. William Campbell was born May 18, 1859.

+ 24 v. Thomas Campbell was born 1861.

25 vi. Henrietta Campbell was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. January 09, 1864. Henrietta died September 24, 1937 in Ceylon, Ont., Can., at 73 years of age. She married Dugald McPhail in Esplin, Grey Co. Ont., Can., March 18, 1889. The following individual is also linked to this event: John Morrison (minister). Dugald was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. November 19, 1864. Dugald was the son of Alexander McPhail and Jean Jack. Dugald died January 17, 1930 in Proton Twp., Ont., Can., at 65 years of age. (See Dugald McPhail for the continuation of this line.) She went to school in the Swington Park School, No. 7 and in her youth she worked at home helping her mother.

26 vii. Margaret Campbell was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. August 03, 1866. Margaret died March 1940 at 73 years of age. She married Daniel MacGregor June 1897. Daniel was born March 1875. Daniel died October 03, 1927 in Port Huron, Michigan, at 52 years of age. (See Daniel MacGregor for the continuation of this line.)

27 viii. Robert Campbell was born 1868. Robert died 1869 at 1 year of age.
