George Bastaich and Dorothy Richter had the following children:

3 ii. Catherine Irene Bastaich was born in Tacoma, Washington May 13, 1956. She married William Eugene McPhail in Reno, Nevada, April 27, 1984. William was born in Tacoma, Washington November 10, 1942. William is the son of William John McPhail and Alice Clarice Morris. William's occupation: Tacoma Police Officer City of Tacoma, October 31, 1966. William retired City of Tacoma, July 15, 1989. Catherine died of a heart attack, at her home, in Tacoma, Washington on April 06, 2002.

4 iii. Barbara Bastaich was born March 6, 1959.

5 iv. Julie Bastaich was born July 12, 1961.
