He married Alice Clarice Morris in Tacoma, Washington, August 30, 1941. The following individuals are also linked to this event: Douglas Earl Liedke (best man); Isabelle Mary McPhail (bridesmaid). Alice was born in Tacoma, Washington August 25, 1920. Alice is the daughter of Alta Beeler Morris and Pearle May James.
