37. Peter⁴ McPhail (Alexander³, Dugald², Archibald "Maclachlin"¹) was born in Proton Twp., Ont., Can. 1884. Peter died 1924 in Cobalt, Ont., Can., at 40 years of age.

He married Malina McKellar est. 1912. Malina was born in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada 1889. Malina died 1970 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, at 81 years of age.

Peter McPhail and Malina McKellar had the following children:

55 i. Alexander Duncan⁵ McPhail was born in Winnipeg, Man., Canada September 21, 1913. He married Eileen Burr in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, October 17, 1949. Eileen was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 24, 1915. Eileen died January 30, 1974 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, at 58 years of age.

56 ii. Peter Gordon McPhail was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada October 17, 1914. He married Bertha ?. Bertha was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
