She married Dugald McPhail in Kilmartin, Argyll, Scotland, May 20, 1822. Dugald was born in Kilmartin, Argyll, Scotland 1796. Dugald⁽¹⁾ was the son of Archibald "Maclachlin" McPhail and Lillias Mackenzie. Dugald died January 17, 1886 in Beverly Township, Wentworth County, Ontario, Canada, at 89 years of age.
